Privacy Policy

Introduction
Ultimate Talent Canada Limited values the privacy of our clients, models, and visitors. We make every effort to keep any and all information of a personal nature secure.  We do not sell, divulge, or trade personal information with any 3rd party. We only display statistical information about our models to enable our clients to have accurate information when deciding on which of our Models that would like to contract.

Treatment of Personal Information
All personal information supplied to Ultimate Talent Canada will not be divulged to any “third party” without either the consent of the individual concerned or a court summons. E-Mail addresses are never given to “third parties” though may be used on occasion for mailing purposes from ourselves with relevant offers/information. Telephone numbers entered are not given to third parties and are only used when we see a need to speak to you directly.

Treatment of Credit Card and Financial Information
Credit card information is not stored electronically at our office, on any databases or servers possessed by Ultimate Talent Canada. All payment and personal information pertaining to a client’s payment is stored on the servers of our Merchant Processor(s).

E-Mail Communications
Ultimate Talent Canada may, from time to time, send e-mail communications to our clients, models, and suppliers. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can opt out of this by unsubscribing from the newsletter/mailing service. There is always an “unsubscribe” link provided within the e-mail.
